Assalamualaikum 


  she had chickenpox since last week. her body got itchy, super duper itchy and blisters were all over her body, and some were on her face as well.

 

   that one night she looked at herself in the mirror. worrying about the blisters on her body especially her face. having chickenpox at the age of 19 was a nightmare for a teenage girl like her. but she did redha. knowing that it was one of the ways God take her sins away. and compared to others that suffered more, chickenpox was nothing but only a drop of tears in a glass of plain water.




  but still she was a little bit worried. though she knew she shouldnt have to. worried that there might be scars on her face. leaving her a brand new skin. brand new her. she didnt want that. she was worried about the condition of her face. her appearance. worried about how they might look at her.




   Masyaallah. why God why ? why did she worried about her appearance, when the one she should be more worried about was how her heart is. after all, she forgot too much. she forgot all the sins she did, but never forget to cry and complain. she forgot that for every wrong deed she did will leave a dark spot on her heart. and, nauzubillah may Allah prevent this, the more she did wrong, the more she wronged herself, the more she wronged Allah , the darker her heart will be.

 


  some  people, put appearance as priority, when it is just only a skin deep. while some people, never forget to take care of their heart. so what differs the firstly mentioned people and the secondly mentioned people ? they were all people anyway.




   what differs them is iman. that was more than enough.
